Berry Street Young Persons Housing Project
Description
Youth Housing provides support to young people under the age of 21 years, who are in need of urgent assistance because of physical, emotional or sexual abuse; financial difficulties; eviction or homelessness. A support worker assists young people to develop skills to enable them to remain living independently with the transitional/emergency housing program.
Activities
Lisa Lodge provides a range of family and young people's services. A program representative can help locate an alternative service for those ineligible for the agency's programs.

Description

Description
PACT is a community based not-for-profit, non-government organization committed to providing case support to clients undergoing tenancy issues or crises.

Uniting Care Ballarat - Housing Program
Description
Housing program manages crisis, transitional, long-term and room house accommodation. Drop-in service offering assistance to people in housing crisis. Provides housing information, financial assistance and referral to other support services. A visiting service is also available at Daylesford and Bacchus Marsh.
Activities
Supported Accommodation and Assistance Program assists families who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. SAAP offers a holistic service and supports families to address their housing needs and identify the issues that have led to their housing crisis. Homelessness for families is often a culmination of issues. SAAP support can include early intervention, outreach, advocacy, referral, counselling and other practical assistance.
